In 2005, Faith Assembly Christian Center in Pasco, Washington became the 142nd home for Royal Family Kid's Camp. Royal Family is a one week resident camp for children 7-11 years old in the Foster Care system in Benton and Franklin Counties.

A child is eligible to return to camp (even if they are returned home) through 11 years of age.

The Week of Camp will be Monday, August 11--Friday, August 15, 2008

Letters of Intent have been sent to previous RFKC Staff & Counselors to confirm their return to Camp.
It is time for them to be returned so that we can assess the Counselor and Staff that we need to recruit.

• April 20 Late Applicant Interviews
• May: Notify by mail final acceptance to work at Camp
• Monday, May 12, 2008 Jim Ball Golf Classic to Benefit RFKC will take place at Meadow Springs Country Club in Richland. Information will be available soon for registration and sponsorships.

2008 Training Dates are scheduled:

Rookie Staff/Counselors Friday, June 13 at 6 pm
Rookie & Returning Staff/Counselors Saturday, June 14 at 7 am

Applications for NEW Counselors and Staff are now available by clicking Volunteer at the right of this page. Please make three copies of the reference forms and hand them out to those who will complete them for you.

RETURNING Staff and Counselors can also complete the updated forms that are in the same location.
